• Application Process
  • Apply online. If your application reached us successfully you will receive an email with a reference number and instructions on what to do next. To secure and reserve the room, you must make your deposit payment (last month’s rent). Deposit payments will not be accepted until April 14, 2020. You can call us and pay over the phone with a credit card or set up a transfer option. Once the deposit has been paid and you receieved a confirmation email then the room is reserved for you. You will find out your room number and other room information on the day you move in.

Due to COVID-19 and to help keep it from spreading, our office and building are currently operating but only accessible to residents and staff. No visitors are allowed at this time. The rental office is accepting phone calls and emails, all payments can be done over the phone or electronically.
